You know how it goes – You are proud of your achievements, you’ve worked your guts out to get to the top of the corporate ladder, invested your money or someone’s money into a business and now.. this is it? Insomnia, stress, worry, anxiety, lack of quality time is all you get for your commitment?

I get it I’ve been there… its not always like this but it certainly does play a big part in everyday life when we are good at what we do and want the big job with the big bucks!
We lie awake thinking of all the ways our internal business could operate more efficiently & effectively - Why are your managers not taking accountability, why are they not communicating with each other or their peers, why are the processes and procedures taking too long there is no consistency, no understanding of what we are in business for and what our purpose is.. And even worse…
Each day it continues its costing me sales, money, time and my 8 hours precious sleep!!
The thing is, to achieve successful ‘internal Business alignment’ I am going to ask you to ‘change’ ….. I know it’s a scary word but without change nothing changes! Without change you cannot experience growth and without change you cannot achieve your purpose … otherwise you are going to choke! So lets talk about that word… Change
